The art of dining

Christophe Lefebvre honed his culinary skill in several wonderful establishments before laying out his tools at FIAC. His cuisine is spontaneous and builds on a classic base he likes to hone with a modern edge. Meeting local artisans and producers as well as tasting products from our terroir guide him in this direction.

As Prosper Montagné said: “You can only make something good out of something very good.”

Our restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch from Thursday to Saturday.
